2026 Edit
Israel
A week split between the holy sites, the city, and the desert — slow mornings in Tel Aviv, history in Jerusalem, and a couple of days floating in the Dead Sea.
Jerusalem
Historic & religious sites
Stay inside or just outside the Old City walls. Go early for the holy sites, take a long lunch, and come back for the market at night.
Bethlehem
An easy half-day trip from Jerusalem for one of Christianity's most significant sites.
Sea of Galilee
Biblical sites in the north
Base a night in Tiberias and string together the major sites by car — boat tours on the sea itself are worth the time.
Nazareth
A quick stop on the way between Galilee and the coast.
Tel Aviv
Beaches, nightlife & things to do
Base in Neve Tzedek or just off Rothschild — both are walkable, full of cafés, and minutes from the beach. Plan four nights minimum; the city is small but the days are slow on purpose.
Desert & Unique Experiences
Views & landscapes
Rent a car from Tel Aviv — the desert sites are doable in two or three days with a base near the Dead Sea.
